Employment agreement

1. SCOPE OF EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
1.1. The Employee is being employed by the Company for the position of the __________in accordance with the staffing chart of the Company in force for the day of this Agreement.
1.2. There will be the probationary period of three months of the Employees appointment. Upon unsatisfactory results of the probation the Company can terminate the employment agreement with the Employee by giving a written notice to the Employee at least three days prior to the termination and stating the reasons for declaring that the Employee has not withstand the probation. Should the Employee remain employed under the agreement upon expiry of the probation period, he/she will be deemed to have passed (withstood) the probation period and the later termination of the employment agreement shall only be allowed subject to general conditions.
Should the Employee in the course of the probation period come to conclusion that the offered job does not suit him/her, he/she’ll have a right to terminate the employment agreement by giving a written resignation notice to the Company three days prior to the termination.
1.3. The Employee shall commence work on __________.
1.4. The employment with the Company shall be the primary employment of the Employee.
